Samsung Patents AR Glasses With Turn-by-Turn Navigation By Techtonic group Samsung has filed a patent that showcases  AR glasses  capable of providing turn-by-turn navigation  in front of the driver's eyes. The patent got filed in November 2018 at South Korea and got approved last week. According to the patent, the setup  works with the help of two cameras  - an inner camera that communicates with the driver's glasses and another camera facing the road for analyzing the path. The patent image shows a driver riding the vehicle with AR glasses on. Samsung Extends Warranty on All Products Untill June 15 Due to Coronavirus Lockdown By Techtonic group Samsung Electronics has extended the warranty on its entire product portfolio in India due to the  coronavirus  crisis. With the service centers closed because of the nationwide lockdown, the company says that  any Samsung device with expiring warranty between March 20th and May 31st will have its warranty expanded automatically until June 15th . The company had earlier extended the warranty on all its consumer electronics devices in the country until May 31st. Samsung Quietly Lists the Exynos 850 SoC Aimed at Budget Mobile Devices By Techtonic group After  unveiling the Exynos 880  earlier this week, Samsung has now quietly revealed the detailed specifications of another mid-range SoC, the  Exynos 850 . The new chipset is now listed on the official Samsung website, and the company says it is designed for smartphones and tablets. According to Samsung, the chip will offer  "richer user experiences with superb processing power, efficiency and connectivity" . The Exynos 850 (part number S5E3830) is built on Samsung's 8nm LPP process, and comes with an  octa-core Cortex-A55 CPU  and  Mali-G52 GPU . This year, the company is improving upon that laptop by switching to Intel chipsets instead. The 2020 Galaxy Book S comes with Intel's Lakefield processor and is the first laptop to use the new chip from Intel. The Lakefield generation of processors use a similar architecture as ARM chipsets. The upcoming devices have model numbers  SM-R845  and  SM-R855 , and  both will offer LTE connectivity alongside Wi-Fi and Bluetooth . While the former comes with a 45mm case made out of stainless steel, details about the latter are a bit more fuzzy. As can be seen from the image above,  the R845 will have MIL-STD-810G durability and 5ATM water resistance , meaning, it can remain submerged in up to 50 meters of water for 10 minutes without getting totaled.
